Project Planning

Machine Shop
At the core of EWD Designs is our state-of-the-art machine shop — where innovation meets precision. Equipped with advanced CNC machinery, manual mills, lathes, and welding equipment, our facility specializes in high-tolerance custom machining, metal fabrication, and complex prototyping.
Machining
Precision machining is the backbone of what we do at EWD Designs. Using advanced CNC mills and lathes, along with manual equipment for specialized work, we produce complex, tight-tolerance components for industries that demand absolute accuracy.
Metal Fabrication
Metal fabrication at EWD Designs is where raw materials are transformed into purpose-built components and structures. From cutting, bending, and forming to precision assembly and finishing, our team handles every step with skill and precision.

- EWD has a staff 7 Fabricators and Machinist combined for over 100 years of manufacturing expertise
